SirvNET Services v0.9.8 - Skeleton

Running services under skeleton mode means only operserv,
and rootserv come online (with the addition of a global messenger).
The most common reason for using these are for backup operator
services. If the main services go down, these can be atleast
used to control the network (akill, clear, trigger, etc).
These must be loaded under a separate process, consider
a different computer as well.
These are the steps to run services under SKELETON mode:

1) Run configure

2) Chose "Y" to SKELETON MODE

3) Type ./Install

4) In the services.conf, give OperServ, RootServ, and the Global Noticer
different names than main services. (Prevent nick collides)
Usually this would be OperServ2, RootServ2, etc

5) A copy of nick.db must be present in the data directory.
You may copy the nick.db from your present services.

6) Set up C/N lines with a HUB and run services

7) Identify to (OperServ2?) via /msg operserv identify <password>

Thats all thats to it...
