Known Bugs for -> 0.9.7

1) "Time-Outs" will only run on input messages receivied.
    If no messages are receivied (network is completely idle),
    services will not check on timeouts. Thus, this effects
    only the process of NickServ Kill Protection, and
    timing may seem off. If your network is moderately active,
    this will not be an issue. A temporary cheap fix would
    be to have the hub server lower its ping frequency for
    services (let's say 10 seconds). Thus, regardless of what
    happens on the network, the procedure would only be at
    worst, 10 seconds late. This isn't a huge issue, considering
    if your network is completely idle, no one will really see,
    nor care if their nick is in use, and if they ever checked,
    the nick would be tossed.

2) On some systems, when a client has reached its maximum
    invalid password attempts, services crash. I have not
    had the time to look into this, since I can't seem to
    duplicate the error on any FreeBSD system.
    If you're experiencing peroidic crashes from identify
    a cheap fix would be to set PW_LIMIT:0
